The quality of the work looks good so far. My dissatisfaction relates solely to the frequent, inaccurate estimated completion dates. The first one was around 11/26. The actual completion date was 12/11. There was one understandable delay for a bad part. Other than that, the changes and delays are puzzling. I try to live by the mantra of under promise and over deliver. It seems to keep clients happy. Just a friendly suggestion.

Service king does a great job, this is my second time having me car repaired with them and I have not had any post repair issues, the workers communicate with you very well about your car and they let you know how it’s going and the estimate of the repair. Great service!

I’ll be calling the location as soon as they are open, but the check engine light came on 10 minutes after we picked it up. And then we noticed the window was severely struggling to roll down. Once rolled down we noticed it wouldnt even roll all the way down. So we tried to roll the window back up, and now it’s stuck! So now the window will be stuck open over night until we can reach the location tomorrow morning.

the tailgate was repaired in area of collision but pre existing minor dents on tailgate were not? Why wouldn’t a company with pride in their work not fix the entire tailgate? The size of minor dents average “nickel size or smaller” Doesn’t seem right!
