It is hard to complain when so many things are done well but when repairing the seat belts and resetting the air bags was overlooked adding over a week to the repair, our impression of good service is less positive. These things happen but, hopefully, ServicePro will have a way in future to make sure things aren’t missed. (We don’t have rental insurance so that made the extra week more problematic)

Vehicle is always kept very clean on inside and out. Understand some washing on outside cannot be done till paint is set but inside was very dusty as if windows had been left down and vehicle seemed like it had been sitting outside for sometime

The work that was performed on my truck was excellent. Also, I really appreciate how well my truck was cleaned up inside and out. The problem I encountered was it took 2 ****/2 weeks to merely replace a bumper and the trim beneath the bumper, which is merely (2) pieces to take off and put new on. Seems excessive on the time it took. Next, the communication was absolutely the worst. Left messages, never got call backs and would have to stop by shop for accurate update.
