ICC Collision Centers - Corporate

This is my third time using ICC, and this experience was excellent, just as the previous two visits. Everyone there was very helpful and courteous. Couldn't be happier with the car repair and the detailing was beautiful. The engine compartment looked amazingly clean! Thanks ICC!

Heidi **** was very professional and courteous. Heidi made my experience with the collision center was exceptional. Heidi also ensured that my car was returned in pristine condition. I would highly recommend ICC to my Associates.

I was told the car is being washed and detailed for three days and when it was finally delivered the exterior is clean with patchy shine and the interior driver floor mat is dirty Not vacuumed and the leather of the leg extension car seat was a bit torn on the driver side. On top of this I was told they have to jump start the car after turning the engine for quite sometime. This morning I had to click the start several times before it starts. The delay is one thing. The repair service is another. Also when I called the office I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes! I asked the Ashley what her problem is?? Also my rental car was not delivered the yesterday after the car was delivered to me. The rental office called me today that the rental is up and I would be responsible for anymore days if the car is undelivered. I am spreading this rating to Crevier and everyone I know of to watch out for ICC.

Really bad customer service from the supposedly "manager" over the phone. Great people at BMW but bad customer service from the repair shop
