Repair of my vehicle wasn't the problem. I have a complaint regarding Maria answering the phone. I wasn't able to understand where I was calling because she doesn't speak clearly when saying your company name. Took me 3-4 phone calls with her just to make an appt to bring in my car. She was very rude, telling me nothing shows up regarding my car, no phone # on file and she couldnt hear me. I had to leave my house and make the call through my car. Once I asked her name, her attitude was a bit better. She even told me at one point we do not accept state farm insurance. I think you should be aware of this since she answers the phone and represents your company. Other then that, I was happy with all other employees who I came in contact with. Thank you.
