When my car was returned the battery was completely dead and could not be recharged. It was one year old and there was no reason why it would lose all the charge. When I called the auto club and the man came out, he said it was not under warranty because there was nothing wrong with the battery. It had been drained because the people working on the car either left the doors open or had been playing the radio or some other thing that caused the battery to die. He said that I could take the car someplace and see if they could recharge it (which I think had been done when the people fixing it realized that the battery was dead) and which he didn't think would help, or I could get another new battery--$400 worth. To say that I am not happy is an understatement. I hope I don't have to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I doubt that I will use Jim and Jacks again, even though it is very convenient.

The service rep Carlos explained very clearly all the work to be done in the beginning and went over everything again once the work was done. Very thorough, clean repair job done on the insulation under the hood and thorough clean up job too. Struts are holding up fine as well. Courteous, efficient, excellent communication and service from Carlos and great job from the mechanics. Rental car was comfortable as well. We received the car earlier than expected. Very happy with Jim and Jacks!
