Car looks great

My truck still needs more repair

I already wrote this in detail in the last survey.

Thank you for your assessment and hard work.

STAR kept the car an extra three days because it did not have all the parts needed for the repair. Now that the car is back, the automatic lane change feature does not work. STAR warned me that the auto park feature would not work because there was a dent I did not authorize them to take out. That doesn’t bother me, but I need the automatic line change feature to work.

No one contacted me to let me know that the windshield part of my claim was denied and would not be repaired. I had my car in for weeks and I got it back with my glass still severely cracked. Absolutely terrible service.

Repaired and cannot find any fault with workmanship!!!! GreT job!

You did a great job - on schedule and on time. And my car looks like new again. I also appreciated your understanding when I had to leave town suddenly and was not able to pick my car up when it was done. Also having the rental car service right next door was very convenient. Several years ago - with a different car - I hit a deer. A much larger repair, done at a competitor's shop - was delayed several times and some parts were never fixed. A great deal of frustration. Not so with you! I would highly recommend your shop. Guess I can get my car washed now!! Thanks again.

First of all getting in contact with Richard who was working on my truck was absolutely hell. I had to call him for updates and he made decisions without even contacting me first. My bumper was put on with a **** inch gap on one side and a ****/2inch gab on the other. My canopy was on crooked, my truck wasn’t even buffed nor was it washed. There was specs of dirt still left in the clear coat from not buffing it. I was threatened I’d be charged a holding fee because I couldn’t get to the shop when it was done, A DAY LATER THAN EXPECTED. I wasted 2 days coming to get my truck because I was told it was done and it wasn’t, that’s a waste of my time. A call would have been nice letting me know it wasn’t done. With all that being said the paint job isn’t bad . Overall satisfaction -5/10, very unimpressed with your guys customer service.

Impeccable service! I was pleasantly surprised by the full detail my car received after the repair, I don't think the inside of my car has been this clean since it was new! Thank you!

Car was totaled however I only trusted star to make that decision. Thank you

Use a different car rental????

It took way too long to complete the work. The estimate was over-inflated. My car didn’t work when I picked it up and you all didn’t take responsibility. I had to have my own mechanic fix it.
