I already spoke with someone even I picked up my vehicle. The work performed was good, no problems there. Realistic expectations of when the work would be completed could be improved. Communication was good during the process. Post delivery, I hate surveys. This being a particularly busy couple of momths in my life, I really didn't have time to do it. I don't believe you should base a person's wages/job performance on surveys.

They worked hard to get my truck repaired as quick as possible. I was surprised they could get the parts needed. I was also happy that they used OEM parts for 99% of the repair.

The delay in the repair was a major drag. Also leaving my car out in the rain for two months created terrible water stains. Then you did offer to get it detailed at Its all about the details body shop but they didn’t complete the job either and gave the car back to me dirty, both in the interior and the wheels. They only did the water stain removal. Very disappointing.

Absolutely perfect work. I can’t tell there was ever any damage at all.

Took a very long time for repairs and bumper was not fully fixed. Still has some gashes on the front that were just painted over. Everything else looks good though.

No complaints for a job well done, and then some:)

There is still a ripple in a new part that was put on.

Wait was extremely long. Scheduling was a nightmare.

We are so pleased with the repairs and repainting you completed on our car! It really looks like new again! We also truly appreciate the great service we received from everyone at Star—from my initial call to request an estimate, to the progress reports we received as our car was being repaired, we liked the friendly, considerate manner from everyone we encountered.

The customer service was amazing everybody was super great my car looked marvelous when I picked it up unfortunately three days after I got the work done my car completely shut off and will not start so I have to take it to the mechanic shop now I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the bodywork but my car was running fine before the work was done.

Took three months and the car was returned with fresh dents and indentations unrelated to the actual accident.

Your staff was incredible. Five star service. Very knowledgeable. Kept me informed though out the entire process. I was told before I picked up the car that the techs had completed the final inspection and that all work was completed to factory specs. However, when I drove off the lot, I found that my driver’s side window on my new door did not work. I was only a half mile away so I immediately returned. The tech told me that he didn’t have the proper equipment to reprogram the window and that I’d have to take it to the dealer. I took an afternoon off of work to to this only to find out that the relay for the window was wrong and not a programmable one. The Dealer has ordered the proper relay and once again I am going to have to take more time off of work ( I am a Doctor with a busy practice) to take the car in the be serviced. I have lost hundreds of dollars and a lot of my time dealing with an issue that should have been easily caught during the final inspection.

Staff was eager to help and very courteous... It's been a wonderful experience...

It took a crazy long amount of time for the whole thing to be done. And they told me they sent the car out to be detailed, but whatever shop did that did a horrible job — literally worse than a 4 year old playing with a sponge. Nothing on the inside was touched, the windshield was filthy, it was a joke.
