One thing that might have helped would have been told that if any changes were made that the insurance and car rental would be informed directly by you. Also I expected the rental car to be preapproved through your company. Not being aware that was a call I had to make, made the rental time much longer. So I was unprepared. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. The people were all very nice and helpful. The work done looks very well done. Thank you so much!
