Star Body Works did a fabulous job on fixing my car. Very prompt at sending me texts with updates.

When I arrived fo my appt a woman in the waiting room was getter no the results of her estimate and Star was $130 over the competitor and Star matches their price ... it was great .. everyone high fived. I had my appt and was treated very well and advised not to drive my car because the time was damaged. Star arranged for a rental and gave me a ride to the rental agency...great service. I received my estimate and was told I was to pay $56 for “betterment”. This accident was not my fault and I would not have needed a new tire if not for this accident. I asked if Star could waive this fee and was told no. When I brought up the woman before me who received a discount I was told she was a paying customer and Star had the wriggle room to offer he a discount. Star was great but you really stuck to that $56 charge for me on a $4500 bill. Again, nothing wrong I just feel like I would not return to you for future business Additionally, I received texts everyday about the progress of the repair at the April 3 @ 4:30 Completion. I however, did not receive any communication on the 3rd that it was or was not completed. I called on the 4th and was told it was done. Again...I really have hard feelings that you stuck to your funds over that betterment fee and just disnt get a good feeling from your business Thank you. Renae D

Customer service was beyond great, Jake Jennings is a great guy! Was honest and available. Called the day of, of the car being available for pick up. Car looks brand new, will do some driving in the meantime to see if I notice any noises while driving. Thank you!

I'm very happy with the work that they did on my car... brand new day. I would take my car back everytime I needed it fixed. Grace

I know I took it in for body work. But inside floor... some one walk with muddy shoes it was very dirty and had wires hanging everywhere. It looks like very minimum work was done. If you were my customer I would make sure was descent when return it back to the you. My front tires were very low on air pressure. One of the ceiling lights it's totally broken I don't know if was like that when I took it in. Very important light I do a lot of night work. I will take it some where else to get it the rest of the work done ...
