We are extremely pleased with the prompt and polite service that we received at Star Body Works. Dave was welcoming and very knowledgeable, and we immediately felt at ease leaving our car with him. Star Body Works was recommended to us by Toyota, and even our insurance agent was impressed by how prompt they were at keeping her up to date on the repairs. I too received daily texts, letting me know how the repairs were progressing, and I never once had to worry. I especially appreciate how Dave had recommended an alignment after I had hit a piece of metal on the freeway, as I never would have thought about that, and the mechanics at Toyota never mentioned it to me. Dave made an appointment for us and had our car aligned before we came and picked it up. We are also happy with how clean our car was when we got it back, and the cards that we received for the 3 free car washes. The repairs were perfect, and Dave also informed us that they were guaranteed for the life of our car, you can’t beat that. We will definitely be recommending Star Body Works to all our friends.

Apparently during the two weeks that you had the car the battery was disconnected. As a result the clock needed to be reset. Would have been a nice touch if the clock had been reset.

I had never been in a position before of needing body work, and I was thoroughly impressed with how everything was handled. Not only would I come back here again but I’d recommend it as well.

You guys were so nice, professional and encouraging. Although I was bringing in an old car for a rear end fix, You never made me feel bad about having my, not so awesome car, fixed and that was nice! I definitely got the feeling that Mark really new what he was doing and would do just as good a job as if it was an expensive car! The car wash was awesome too???? thanks

Whatever you’re paying your front desk assistant, it’s probably not enough. She is your first and last impression and does a very good job with that. Friendly and genuine. I would give Star Body Works 10 stars! They went over and way above to do everything they could to make my car brand new. I’m impressed, and the fact that they arranged to airfreight a new turkey-featherless windshield in from Sweden was astonishing. Anything they would have gotten from a distribution center in the USA would have been a month or more out, due to backlog...Thank you so much, I will sing your praises widely! Tammy A
