Happy with the repairs. Took less time then expected to complete. Only had one minor issue but they are taking care of it. Cosmetic bolt covers missing. They ordered the replacement parts and will be fixing it right away. Great customer service throughout the whole experience. I will continue to use Star body works when needed.

This was the best experience I've had with a body shop in my life very happy with the time they did it in and a quality and their friendliness and understanding I definitely will be recommending them to other people

The work looks great. Job well done. When the vehicle was ready I got a text to call so that the car would be ready when I got there. I called. I showed up twenty minutes later and was told my car would be right out. Forty minutes later, Sarah said "you're still waiting?!, That's too long" and talked to someone to bring my car around. Twenty minutes later my vehicle was out front, and what could have been a great moment of satisfaction and gratitude was instead awkward and rushed. I understand that we all make mistakes, but this scenario communicated a level of disconnect that is not necessary. What could have been excellent work and service instead is tainted by an appearance of disarray and a lack of attention to detail. After waiting two months for an appointment and two more weeks for the work to be done, do I really need to wait a full hour on location for my car to be driven around the lot?

Everyone was very friendly and kept us well informed during the repairs. It took much longer than initially predicted, but it worked out well.
