Better than expectations

You took an estimate I called in to make an appointment you put my appointment 3 weeks out. You said it would take two weeks. I said well let’s go a week and a half with the holiday you said maybe. Called me on Wednesday the week it should have been done and told me it was going f to take until the following Friday to be done. The reason was an expensive shared tool. You knew the truck was coming in you knew you needed the part to fix it someone screwed up. Also the generic text messages are beyond annoying. When i called you out on the fact that you screwed up there was no apology only excuses. A simple yeah somebody didn’t plan ahead and accountability would have gone a long way with us. We will not be bringing our vehicles in for any future body work.

I would have been more satisfied if the total repair had been done within one week. Dropped off on Sept 3 and picked up on Sept 12th. Other than that it was great. Missed having my truck over the weekend.

I thank you keeping up to date and in the loop from beginning to end. Thank you for a great repair job and a super clean vehicle in and out. The truck looks brand new. Thanks to all of the talented guys and girls. Rich McMillen

Star Body works took such personalized care of my car as if it was their own. They kept me up to date with what was happening with the progress of my car daily. They were super friendly, extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. When I picked up my car, it looked like new and was detailed too!! I just bought my car a few months ago, so when I handed it over to Star to fix I was nervous, I would recommend them in a second!! Thanks guys for taking care of me!!! ??

I had to come back several times and there was always a problem. First they cracked my windshield and didn’t bother to check the before photos to know that they had done it. Then broke another piece. Then when I came to pick up the car the front piece under the wiper blades was disconnected. When I finally picked it up the car the rear light was not connected. They said it needed to be plugged and now the indicator light keeps coming on telling me there’s a problem with the exterior light. (Connection) all in all I believe I have made 5-6 trips, missed work, my daughter drove 6 hours to pick up the car and couldn’t. The quality control for the shop is seriously lacking. How about having a check list and check over the car before you have your customers drive to the shop 4 different times to pick up a car that isn’t finished.

Everyone was so nice and friendly! They made me feel comfortable and made it all so easy. The work was great, and even the young man who drove me to the rental place was nice and polite. ????
