There was actually no repairs, as the car was considered total. I would like to compliment Robert Schaffer for all his work and time in this case. He was very courteous and kept me informed as how the process was coming along. I was very sorry it couldn't be repaired.

The truck was filthy inside and out. The repairs were sufficient, but you should return vehicle at least as clean as it was when it left. Unacceptable.

I was called earlier in the week to make an appointment to drop my car off. I asked how long it would take and was told 2 hours and maybe quicker if I drop my car off clean. I detailed the inside and washed the outside the night before dropping it off. I removed my car seats too as it would be one less thing in the way. I dropped my car off a little before 8 am and was told 2 hours it would take and someone would call me when it was done. I had planned my work day around this drop off. I was to be in Ashland no later than 11 am. 1215 rolls around- still no call. No update no communication about it being delayed. When I called the lady seemed confused like she wasn’t sure where my car was. After a long wait time she responds it just got done and someone will call me when it gets off the wash rack. She estimated it would be within the hour. I called back at 145 as I had still not heard anything. Almost 3 hours overdue at my next job site and no car still. When I called again I was told the car was just getting done (was told that earlier) and that she would call me when it was ready to go. I told her I couldn’t wait anymore as I was quoted a 2 hour job and it was almost 6 hours later. When I walked over to get my car to pick up my Keys I was asked if this was going to be run through insurance. (I had already paid on the day of the inspection) I briefly told them I had paid already and just needed the keys. When the lady walked me out to my car she was asking me what repair I had done on my car because she didn’t know. From start to finish it seemed to be unorganized the communication about delays was poor, and the customer service wasn’t great either. I was asked the same thing over and over about my car, my way of payment, and then which car was mine. The paperwork was hard to be located the morning I arrived. The repair was done and looks must better than what it was I just wish the overall experience matched the job that was done.

Those servicing me were professional, pleasant and friendly. They went an extra mile in that they enabled me to take a picture of the auto robots for my grandson.?? I also observed an employee trying extra hard to work with a client who was upset at the expense and turmoil of a recent accident. It shows me you as a business want the customer’s best interests to be your priority. I also was appreciative of the car wash and a free one for the future. Your customer service is exceptional. Do not change.
