Underestimated initial repair quote . Was not contacted of additional charges until i called for status update Repair took additional 2 weeks . besides additional cost . I will say the manager was able to work with us for final cost of repair

After someone hit my brand new car, I was in a terrible mood for days. The folks at Star Body Works were kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. They let me do the estimate via a phone app, making it very convenient. After I dropped my car off for repairs, they stayed in frequent communication with me, giving me regular phone call updates and sending me text messages with ETAs and other helpful info. I also loved the fact that they're literally located next door to Enterprise Car Rental, which made the car rental piece so easy. If you ever get into a car accident, I'd highly recommend Star Body Works.
