Im still waiting for contact from your company regarding the rear windshield wiper motor. It took me three attempts to get out of your parking lot (rear window and wiper, seatbelt) and truthfully, your communication has plummeted since Dale retired. In the past i have had nothing but exemplary service, but that is not currently the case.

Shop could not be relied upon for accurate information. Vehicle was released to me without the grill being installed correctly and an alignment had not been performed. Vehicle had to be returned to the shop to correct the issues. I would not recommend this repair facility.

First of all was lied to three times about the date to pick my vehicle up so you kept putting it off and then when I did pick it up I didn't have a running board and it had the wrong tail light in it and I had to come back and get the tail light changed after you order it and I had to buy my own running board because y'all couldn't get a date when to replace it

My car looks great when I finally got it back after all the lies I was told, your customer service **** no calls or update unless I called them and change in promise date to pick up my car changed so many time with on communication from your office ....Very Very poor service in your customer service communication....

My truck was totaled, I am without a vehicle and prematurely in the market for a new or used vehicle. I haven’t been without a vehicle since 1990 and I feel helpless asking people for a ride to work after my rental expired. I had to pay an extra 300 for another week of rental out of pocket before asking for rides to work. I am still without a vehicle and the settlement money hasn’t arrived yet. I chose Geer brothers because I was told that my truck would look like new and that I’d never tell it was in a wreck. Everyone was so nice but it still doesn’t change the fact that it was 27000 just looking at it, then another 9000 for disassembly. You are getting paid and I’m out of a truck I had 2 payments left on and have to start over. If you were so backed up that you didn’t have time to properly repair my vehicle, then all you had to do was just tell me to take it somewhere else as you were backlogged. Disassembly is easy money from the insurance company while I’m out on my ****. There’s no use to contact me. What’s done is done. Let’s just let it go. You got paid. I’ll eventually find another vehicle. If I ever get into another accident, I know where “not” to tow it to. By the way, the front staff is super nice but at the end of the day, it’s just about the money! Have a good day :)
