My bumper and driver quarter panel look better than ever. I was especially happy to NOT have to pay my $1000 deductible. The communication from the receptionist needs to be more enthusiastic. We had no idea there are 2 stores. Put the 2nd location address on the website.

My 2014 VW Jetta was repaired within a day and a half. The staff was friends and prompt with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend North Fresno Collision Center!

The staff at North Fresno Collision was outstanding. When I first brought our car for repairs, I informed Meng that my wife was scheduled for back surgery on Tuesday, August 23rd at the Surgery Center at 7:30 a.m. and there was any opportunity to have our repair completed before that date, it would be greatly appreciated. And....the car was completed and we were able to pick up our car at 9:00 a.m. this morning. Our minds and prayers are on tomorrow's surgery and we didn't want to have our car on our mind.
And now, to the great service that we received, our car is no longer a concern.
Please express our sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff at North Fresno Collision.

It was overall really good. Meng was fantastic to work with! My only thing is as soon as a new estimate becomes known it should immediately be sent to insurance and the rental car shop. Not wait a few days. Other than that every thing was great!!

The trunk could close, so I was pleased with that. When I returned it to my mom she said it looked like new. Now she wants to paint the rest of the car. Good job guys!
