I BORROWED A CAR FROM MY MOTHER IN LAW! I had to begin with that to explain the seriousness of this repair. I traveled from Georgia to help my parents. I own a dually, so to save gas in my travels, my mother in law offered her car, for me to borrow. SHE REPAIRS EVEN THE SLIGHTEST SCRATCH ON THIS CAR. A relative accidentally sideswiped the car with a boat trailer. I searched for a GOOD place to get the car repaired. As soon as I entered the business of Mitchco Collision Repair, I KNEW that I could trust them with my mother in laws car. Turns out, I made an EXCELLENT choice. The repair was perfect. It was just like new. My only regret is that I was in a great hurry to get things done for my parents, before leaving to return to Georgia. I would have expressed how perfect the repair was and how polished the entire car seemed to be. Did they wash and polish the car? The shine and perfect repair is going to help keep my relationship secure with my mother in law. I kept noticing the shine of the car as I was driving around Melbourne. I will always recommend this business to others when they need car body repair, ESPECIALLY when it is as REALLY important, as my situation was.

Everything was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. Mitchco was THE ONLY body shop that could complete the work the same week! The status report you get over your phone is AWESOME! It's like when you order a pizza at Domino's! SIMPLE! I was AMAZED at the cleanliness of the place!

My cell phone has lost its pairing with the system in the car. Did perhaps a disconnect of electric from battery cause this? The repair I brought the car in for is wonderful, just wondering if the phone issue is an unintended consequence. I hated to answer “no” to the question.
