I've noticed that when, I look where my gear shift is there is a hole that used to have a cover.

Tina at the front desk and Kevin Kutz were helpful, friendly, and professional. Kevin followed through on everything he promised, the estimate was sent within 24 hours and was $1000 less than the other estimate I was quoted. The repair on my car was completed a day sooner than promised and looked like new! Thank you

Good communication throughout the repair duration. The quality was very good and I had very few issues with anything. Johnny had exit communication skills and we are happy with the result. I recommend Hendrick illusion Center to anyone who wants the job done right.

Let me say Randy Beam was fantastic to work with,he always took my calls and answered all my questions and very professional. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact my truck was in your shop for 2 months and when it was supposed to pick it up I couldn't because the detailer did a substandard job, not once but twice. I brought my truck in for hail damage because I had a vehicle in a few years ago and the experience was great. Thank you to Randy for helping through the frustration with this.

Negotiations with the insurance company took over 30 days. That seems like at least two weeks two long. The work itself was fine! I'm very happy with it. Fifty-eight days without my car was not acceptable.
