100% was not achieved. There was lack of communication and lack of follow through. End product was satisfactory, but it was not a well a ed road.

A week or 2 after the repair I had to turn my defroster on. There ended up being broken glass still in my dashboard. Glass (small specks and glass chards about the size of a dime) were coming out of the vents and from the top of the windshield. As I drove the I could also hear the glass moving inside the dashboard from side to side whenever I turned.

They were very professional and did an awesome job! I would highly recommend them. Tim the service writer was very good with answering my questions. Tiffany and the other young lady up front were very nice and very helpful as well. I think anyone who brings their vehicles would be very satisfied with Dale Earnhardt Jr Collision Center.
