Jim was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. It was a pleasure communicating with him. As for the collision team who fixed my car, they did an incredible job. It looks better than new and I really appreciate their willingness to help fix my backup camera when I got my car back and it wasn’t working. Thank you all so much for your hard work and great customer service!

I think there is an opportunity for you to offer loaner vehicles and to have a plan for unsolicited/routine updates on the progress of the repairs. I had good responses upon my request.

Service experience was five stars for timeliness, professionalism and problem resolution. A HUGH thank you to Brandon Butts, Collision Estimator, for his outstanding customer service. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and friendly as he patiently listened to the issues I had been dealing with since picking up my vehicle after the accident repair (September 2021) and then diligently proceeded to resolve the problems. His attention to detail and follow up service was excellent and very much appreciated. Brandon Butts is an asset to Hendrick Collision Center. Thank you Brandon!
