I’ve been to this location for a repair and was satisfied so I knew I would be happy taking my car here to be repaired. Staff was great, good attitudes and very helpful. Staff called me every during every step to keep my updated. The repairs looked good as new. Only issue I had is the trunk opens so fast and is very tight when closing it. Other than that it’s great!

When the car was first taken in via towing no one called to let us know it was revived and we didn’t hear from anyone for several days despite calling and asking. But once we complained to Allstate we began to get detailed regular communication and after that point we were very satisfied.
