Dean was very helpful but support especially for pets was lacking and resulted in an expensive delay. I obtained a part outside the Hendrick system to expedite the repair.

Great and quick service

I worked with Ben at Hendrick Collision Center South. He was extremely kind and communicated well throughout the entire repair experience. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my car repair and even went above and beyond on the detailing of my vehicle.

I'm still waiting to hear from PAM at Hendricks on the clips that are still broken on my fenders on the right driver side, per Pam she has ordered them, but they have not called me yet, so we are not finished yet!

Communication was excellent in fact, they were the most informative on the repair & insurance process. Danielle Loomis was a rockstar and Nick on the repair side made sure everything was replaced/repaired in an effective and efficient manner. Recommend 100% again.

The whole process was very efficient and professional.

My 2016 BMW 428 M Sport with only 50,400 miles suffered a rear end collision totaling $12,519.00 in damage. This was my retirement car. I designed the car myself and ordered it. It takes me 3 to 4 hours to wash and detail it and 8 hours to clay mitt, polish, pre-wax clean, wax and clean and detail the engine and bay. Aside from my first BMW purchased in 2014, a K1600GT motorcycle, this was my first BMW auto purchase. I am passionate about my car. It's not a "mode of transportation." I am also a BMW Car Club Member. The repair is nothing less than phenomenal. Car club members can't identify that it was involved in a crash. I am keeping the car because I worked 35.5 years to obtain it. After the crash, I drove it directly to Hendrick Collision Center and left it. That was a very wise decision. Please share this with the techs and staff who performed such work. People don't hear enough about doing the great work that they do!

Excellent customer service and service

When I picked up my truck it was raining and once the weather cleared up I noticed 2 scratches on the truck that were not there before! One on the hood just above where I was hit like some set tools on the hood and they slid off and one in the back like they were walking around the truck with tools and scraping as they walked by I didn’t notice when I picked up due to rain but other then damage from accident there were no scratches on my truck when I dropped it off
