we has are car repair at Hendrick collision they was hold my car for **** month, i have been contact the Representative for 40 time with phone call i was leave a lot of message but never have a return phone call, even the time i was go there pick my car no one to give me a information how the car was done or how they do the work

Job done on my car was fantastic. I have ignored your multiple emails and texts because my name is not Deborah. It is Beverly. Even typed it into the computer when I dropped my car off, and, paid with a ccard “Beverly” - my given name. Unfortunately, a front desk gal somehow thought my name was Deborah and that got into your system - likely forever.
If I have learned anything in working with the public in my world it is that getting the customer’s name right matters. A lot.

I had a wonderful stress-free experience with Hendrick Collision. My rep Ben Reeves was quick to keep me updated on my vehicle and was very up front and realistic with the expectations of my car. While Tesla's parts stock is awful, Hendrick and Ben did an amazing job navigating through Tesla's poor service and got my car back to me faster than anyone else probably could have. Also the quality of the workmanship is unmatched. I truly couldn't be happier with my decision to use Hendrick Collision.
