It took them forever to give me a quote for my windshield and I finally gave up on it. They also charged me 180 dollars for putting a clip and did not even fix the light.

The collision team broke a window during my repair and left broken glass embedded in my seat and in my trunk. I was not informed about this, and I cut myself on the broken glass while trying to raise and lower the rear passenger seat after the repair was completed. The team also replaced the broken window with a defective part and I’m currently waiting to be contacted to have it replaced again.

Communication was not the best. Car was supposed to be ready in 3 days and it took 2 weeks. I had to call several times to ask for updates and was often told the only person that could tell me updates was not there. The day I went to pick up my car I called and I was told my car wouldn’t be “released” bc they couldn’t confirm that USAA had waived my deductible. Very frustrating to be told I wasn’t allowed to pick up my own car after 2 weeks. I eventually called USAA myself and sat on hold while USAA called you guys to tell you yes, my deductible was waived.

Sliding door which was worked on is intermittently sticking / hanging up. Called representative and they asked us to just drop by and they’d take a look at it.

Cannot keep peoples car for so long or if so keep them updated and not give them the runaround and different stories from the two different customer service advisors

I am very upset! I was called on Friday May 12 to pick up my car . I was out of town and it being on a Friday. I was told Monday was okay for me to pick up because Saturday wasn’t available to pick up on my way back in town. Monday, my advisor told me that he would take care of Hertz rental. I was charged 165.11 for Saturday-Monday. I’m very disappointed and upset with this deceit .

The employees were great to work with, very efficient and helpful. The shop did a good job on the body repairs and painting and the right side of the car looks great! They even cleaned the whole car and the interior. Job was done well and within the estimated turnaround time. I'd definitely recommend you to others.

Got several bids and Hendrick Hwy 55 bid was best. Hwy 55 estimators and auto body staff were all good folk to work with. Everything went as planned including schedule, cost, and coordination with Enterprise Rental car. Actually, the final price was less than estimate because one major item was not required.

The staff…service…and final results of the repairs ALL get ten stars….A++++!!! The entire process from the accident to the completion took minimal time. The staff was professional, pleasant and productive…they knew what they were doing and didn’t miss a beat! I love my 2016 Subaru Impreza! THANK YOU

They ruined my car!!!! Completely ruined a 2019 tesla model x
Steering wheel wobbles and the car won’t drive in straight line.
WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE CAR IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE ONLY HAD 10k MILES !!!! PLEASE USE ANY OTHER COLLISION CENTER !!!!
