There did not seem to be any noticeable difference after vehicle went in for repair. The gap at the front left side that resulted from my accident still seemed to be the same as when I took it in.

The people I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful - even when I had to retrieve a stroller we'd left in the vehicle! The repairs were completed very well, and the car looked great when we picked it up.

Horrible took forever and its like they didnt communicate with my insurance company they tried to charge me full amount when I had full coverage insurance with a deductible it made no sense n harassed me about it n threatened me when they should of been contacting my insurance company im only supposed to pay a 500$ deductible they tried to make me pay full cost

Work took exceedingly long to complete and the estimator assigned to the repairs did not provide routine updates and was difficult to reach. The roof had to be modified to fit current manufacturer's kit, which did contribute to delays. The roof now leaks water into the cabin through the roof glass repairs. Excessive cabin wind noise is now also present. The estimator that I had previously worked with remains difficult to reach for a resolution.
