The car looks and operates great and was repaired in the time frame we were told. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I mentioned in the previous survey that while the car was spotless, the brake and accelerator pedals were almost too clean to the point of being slick but it is the only drawback on an otherwise well done job.

Cannot tell that there was any damage to the car. I was really pleased. The only concern I had was with parking when I brought the car in for repair. It took great deal of looking around and just putting the car in a parking place on side of building. When I picked it up, the parking was greatly improved. There was plenty of spaces in front of the entrance.

Joe was excellent! I have never needed body work before and was completely lost in the beginning of this process. Joe kept me updated while extensive work was done on my Jeep. I hope I never need collision services again, but I know that Hendrick would be the place to go.

yes Rusty has been very supportive and he even post delivery helping in fixing few things . Not only that there is misplace of my luggage tray and he did agree to procure it and help with getting installed back. HE truly committed and ensure 100% support to meet customer needs

I was extremely disappointment with the lack of communication to get updates on my car. I would never recommend you after my experience! My calls and emails would go unanswered, my request for return calls never happened. Absolutely terrible customer service!
