The team did an excellent job. The entire process was very seamless and easy. The drop off was very straightforward, regular updates were provided, the work made the car good as new, and the job was even finished ahead of schedule. I will definitely take my cars back here for possible future needs.

Vicktor and Harley were great. They were very responsive explained the process clearly and got my tesla fixed in record time. The front desk ladies not so much, when i was making final payment i asked if there is any Hendrick promotion or coupon which could be applied she rudely said its not walmart. I am Hendrick customer for a decade i know that there are promotions or coupons for service.

Jerry at Hendrick Collision Center was fantastic to work with - very professional, courteous, and he kept me well-informed of the progress on repairing my vehicle. They did a great job on the repair and the car was even vacuumed/washed when I picked it up. I would absolutely work with them again.
