At first, I was nervous about Hendrick fixing my Tesla Model S. But Brian made me feel much better after we discussed how many models they fix and the ordering process. They fixed my car within the window that Brian promised. He was very courteous and professional throughout my experience.

The side that wasn't hit was left damaged and now I'm waiting on a part that's on backorder indefinitely for a vehicle I purchased last June. Never had a part broken at a repair center Ever. Vehicle was given back without items in cargo area returned to the original state. Very disappointed how my vehicle was handled. Higher manager could care less and total disregard. If I was aware of the collision shop at Southern States I would have had the repair completed there. Highly do not recommend.

The repair was fast without compromising on the quality of work. My point of contact, Joe****, was extremely polite, professional, and kept me abreast of all changes and updates. I will recommend the facility to family and friends and will return if I am in need of body work in the future.
