I recently submitted a satisfaction survey, however I will again state my satisfaction. I was greeted pleasantly and was given explicit directions on the procedures to follow. Mrs Pam was very professional and assisted me with important directives to follow. The service staff appeared to have taken care of the car during the repair process. Overall , I was very satisfied and Mrs Pam after delivering the vehicle, followed up with me to ensure that I was completely satisfied.

Everyone in the office is great! The body shop techs do a great job and fixed what GM let roll out for sell that honestly shouldn’t have passed quality inspection. Very pleased with everyone and the work done.

The quality of the work was great and the customer service conversations each associate I've worked with (Stephanie, Cory, Jax) were helpful, polite, and definitely met the standards I'd expect of Hendrick Luxury Collision. I can't say that I'm fully satisfied though because my car was in the shop for 81 days, and while I understand the first several days of that were navigating insurance supplements, there is no world in which that is an acceptable length of time for the work.
