The Tesla’s camera does not work, since we picked it up. Also, there is now a crack in the windshield, that was not there originally. When we received the car back, the Tesla emblem was missing. When we asked about it, it was determined that it was on the front seat and had to be re-attached. Finally, we were not receiving any updates about the process of the repair, unless we reached out to get updates.

I would recommend family and friends to you for any repairs. MS. PAM IS VERY SWEET AND TAKES HER TIME EXPLAINING WHAT WAS DONE AND IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS TO REACH OUT TO HER AND SHE WILL GET ME IN.

The door that was replaced is sticking and hard to close. There is a piece loose next to the door. I was without a car for 3weeks now have to take it back in not knowing if I have to leave it again. Also I had to contact you to find out when I could expect my car to be done. I never received any communication on the progress. Luckily I was able to work from home those 3 weeks.

The job was done on time and I was updated along the way. Johnny and his team did a great job and I hope I don’t have to use them again but if something were to happen I wouldn’t hesitate asking for them.

The car looks like it never has been an accident and I was very impressed with John who handles the repairs He notified me regular what was going on I’m waiting on parts and those type things so I was impressed with John as well

Your paint work on the roof side rims looks good to me. I just wish the big scratch on the back door's driver's side could have buffed out. It was deeper than I thought. Thank you for your service.
