Some of my lights where not working when in I got my truck back. I was told to bring it back by but I can't just be missing work. Also my back door edge is rough. And also the inside of my truck was covered with what I think was paint dust. So I had detail my truck and my truck was cleaned and detailed before I dropped my truck off.

Parts delay from the manufacturer still have to come in. A couple of small holes in the door trim and the passenger door sticks. This is the first time I have mentioned this as I was waiting for your call back about the part we are waiting on.

Excellent customer service. My expectations for the time to repair were communicated to me, and they were fully met. My car stayed so beautiful and perfect after the repair. The back gate works perfectly and the paint is matched to perfection.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Was well-informed throughout the entire process, ensuring I understood the repairs needed and the timeline for completion. Moreover, the turnaround time for the repairs was impressively quick. Despite the complexity of the issues, they efficiently addressed each one, allowing me to get back on the road sooner than expected.

The repairs on my vehicle are excellent.
My only issue with my experience with Hendrick’s is that communications regarding the work being done and completion date left significant room for improvement.
