Thanks for taking the time to re-address the paint match on the bonet (piece on top of front bumper). Alan and brad were extremely helpful and mentioned they will look into getting approval from the insurance company and then look into repainting the bonet to become a better match with the rest of the body. Wasn’t given any updates on the status of my car throughout the repair process and then told I would have to wait a couple more days to get my car back. I ended up having to wait an additional week longer than anticipated to get my car back.

The Hendrick Collision Gwinnett Place Honda Team did a phenomenal job with the repairs on my suv. The team had my CRV-Hybrid clean and shining when I picked it up. The actual repair is ok I think-picked up just before traveling internationally so did not get to drive much yet. My dissatisfaction is in regard to the length of time to complete work. Ten weeks was excessive!!
