The new fender that was replaced has a dent in it. The paneling that was removed on the door is now coming off when it was perfect before and the lower panel that was below the replaced fender sticks out more than it should. I feel like I have more problems now than I started with.

There is a scratch in my driver’s window tint and the door seal makes a whistle (bad seal) when I drive over 60mph. This wasn’t happening before I brought it in. I’m scheduled to bring it back on Monday for you to look at it.

Wow! They did an awesome job in so many areas and were so polite. My car was thoroughly checked out and they asked questions. Reception got me checked in and got a loaner car all arranged. They gave updates and checked to see if I had any concerns. Car was all sparkly clean when I got it. They were even going to start it and run the air conditioning so my car wouldn't be hot when I picked it up. They went out of their way. I didn't really need all that, but what I really appreciated was the courtesy of everyone. I don't always expect everyone to be perfect all the time but the attitude there is what really makes it special. Outstanding job by all
