I will say that the customer service between the shops is definitely different. In the last 2 months I used the Caldwell and Boise shops for separate repairs. Just the customer service is different, not bad but definitely different

Hello there- the repair work that was done to my car was excellent. The people at First Collision were great. The only issue I have is that I was told my car had been washed outside and detailed inside (other than shampooing the carpet). My car wasn’t filthy inside but there was significant dust of some sort of particles ALL over the flooring and sides of my car trunk. With it being a hatchback the dust has blown into the main car cavity too. Not a huge deal but frustrating none the less. I will have to clean it all out myself with a vacuum and a damp cloth. It’s a shame as everything else was great! Thanks - Sarah

When I received my car back it was covered in dust inside and there was sticky residue all over the outside. The tail light that was replaced was loose as well. I will have to bring it back in and then have it detailed to get all the dust out.
