I didn’t get the name of the woman at the front desk, but I would like to compliment her, Johnie and Curtis for their commitment to excellent customer service. Also had a bit of trouble with overheating on my way home an Eric and the machanic that they sent to my house also get a big thank you from me! Hope I never have to utilize your service again, but if I do I know I will be just as pleased! One more thing! My car looked incredible when I received it back! Please thank the detailer also please!

Every business in Boise could learn a lot from First Choice. I was really nervous going into the process and it went incredible. Robert’s customer service skills should have a folk song written about them. He was on top of it the whole time and constantly updating me on timelines, estimates and next steps. He answered every question and was just the best to deal with. We got the car back today and it looks brand new. Whoever did the paint on my car needs a raise. I have no idea why you would use anyone but First Choice. Thank you so much for the incredible work. It’s greatly appreciated.

I found another issue while stoppingto put gas in on the way home. I think the left side took a harder jolt then I thought it did. The chrome gas cap cover almost came off when I opened it. I think the seal around it became in attached.

The one downside is the repairs were not completed when they thought and so we now have to take the repaired car up to my daughter who is in college up at University of Idaho so that made it a little bit more difficult to figure that out but other than that the car looks great they cleaned it it looks wonderful and all is well

I'll have to come in to your office after I return from business next week. I'm very happy with the repair work, response time, and professionalism; however, they forgot to reattach the "4 X 4" emblem to the rear hitch of the truck. It sat in my glove compartment still in the factory packaging. An easy enough fix. Nothing to be upset about. Thank you again for the prompt, excellent repair so soon after the busy holiday season.
