We're satistied on the paint but there have small gap between passenger door and fender, but they fixed right away, and they missed to paint some small scratches on the side of the front bumper. They put me scheduled to drop my car back on Jan 24 at 7:30am and I asked and told to them that I need the car back the following day(by Jan. 25th) and they said yes. Then when I brought the car early morning today (on Jan 24),I confirmed again to the front desk if they will finish finish the paint by tomorrow (Jan. 25th) the front desk said yes or they might finish it within this day and she will call me for the update,then I got a call around 2pm and the front desk informed me that they can't finish the paint not until Friday and the pick up time will be in the afternoon. It is just for the few small sracthes that they missed to paint it, then I need to wait until Friday. I have 2 jobs and I need car and I don't have coverage for the rental car.

My issue was notified to Able in person at the time of vehicle delivery back to me. A large rubber mallet with metal handle was left in my engine and fell into the serpentine belt, being tossed about in the belt and the fan blade. I’ll be bringing the vehicle back next week after a family emergency trip.

The work done was excellent and it is cleaner now than when I purchased it. Good job , well done ????

Truck looks great, and it's always nice that you detail it inside and out. I would suggest that your guys that come up front maybe keep their opinions to themselves and not complain about a customer while he's right there in the lobby. Other than that great customer service too

Everyone was wonderful! Tim handled getting my truck into the shop in a timely manner, scheduling it to be fixed while I was on vacation. The text notifications were great, and it was nice ro be able to check on the progress of my repair via the internet. The front office ladies were very pleasant and professional as well. My truck looks brand new and I especially appreciated the interior detail! I will definitely recommend Able Body Shop to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

The team at the Gambell store were very pleasant to work with. The turnaround time was fantastic and they kept me up-to-date the entire time my car was in the shop.

I was so thrilled that I could drop the rental car off at the shop and not have to take the extra step of going to Enterprise to drop the rental off and then back to Ables.

My car looks great. It was clean on the inside and on the outside. It is driving good and it seems to be back to normal. I also appreciated the repair updates. Thank you for a job well done.

All the body and paint work were done professionally, it appears that my truck may have sat outside and idled a half tank of fuel off. My truck was returned with the low fuel light on???? Just a little weird. I loved the text message update so felt informed on all stages of the repair. All interactions with the staff were courteous and professional. I would recommend Able auto body.
