Mr. Vasilev, our estimator, was extremely kind and professional. He did a very good job and was an excellent representative of your company. Same with every one at the front as well as every employee we spoke with. The only issues we had are the following: ****-we were given an initial Completion date, which was changed not once… But twice. This cost us over 600 extra dollars in rental car fees that will not be reimbursed by our insurance company. We own a small business in town and if we were to do that to our customers we wouldn’t have anymore customers. I’m extremely disappointed in that aspect of our service. 2-We were told that the driver’s side dent, of which was separate from the collision, would be able to be fixed during the same time span and we wanted to pay for that out of our own pocket. When we received the vehicle tonight after hours, the dent had not been repaired. Again this example of saying one thing and doing another is very disappointing. Thank you for your time. I picked up my vehicle today after leaving it for a week. With my busy day it took me a while to realize that my vehicle was returned to me WITHOUT our brand new rocket box that contained several pairs of skis!! Please contact me ASAP! ****-****-xxxx.
