When I picked up the car this afternoon I was surprised to find that the Memory **** seat adjustment had been set to another driver and the radio was on a different station from my usual. Since you did not write down my mileage upon my leaving the car, I have no idea whether someone was driving my car all the time it was in your shop. Additionally I am surprised that it took so long for the minor repairs that were done. Communication with my representative was sometimes ok, sometimes not.

Communication was non-existent. Repair took 2x the estimate. Interior of the car was filthy/dusty upon pickup

Took a very long time for repairs. Completion date was change 7 times. Nothing outside of a sorry was offered for the inconvenience and unprofessional pattern of date changes. Interior of the vehicle has dirty finger prints. Belongings were gone through and multiple foreign papers were found inside the vehicle unknown origin but were for rental of a vehicle. I hope that is not what my vehicle was used for during the time in their possession.

They took to long to fix my car. It was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks and took about 5 ****/2 weeks. Also they didn’t connect the cables from the bulbs ???? in the back lights I had stopped to buy a new bulbs because i went to back to the collisions shop and they just told me to get a new bulbs. They didn’t check anything I funded by my self the cables wasn’t connected.
