Communication is EVERYTHING! In the beginning, it was near impossible to get to someone who had any info for me. But weeks 5-7 of my repair were slightly better only because the amount of time this was taking was absolutely absurd and I became super annoying and persistent, while remaining as patient and gracious as possible. I understand problems occur and I appreciate the determination to high quality work, but you got to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Thank you for doing right by me and helping me with the cost of my rental. I can tell you strive for good customer service and at the end of the day I believe I got that.

It should not have taken six weeks to do these repairs. The damaged fan was known about in the beginning, yet wasn’t addressed until the code showed up again when I came to pick up the car. Aside from taking at least a month longer than I was first told, the quality of repairs appears to be fine, and the car is beautiful again. Your staff was very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Classic again.

Mr. Lee Smolen and the staff were professional and Mr. Smolen, was sepecially good with regular communications. The estimate for repair was only off by one day.
My one suggestion for the company is to improve your phone system. Currently, calling the main number involves long waits if the person is on the line, no message taking aspect, once you finally get your service advisor etc. Call in as if you were a customer trying to reach their assigned person. I understand now why Mr. Smolen gave me his cell number! That shouldn't be a neccesity.

It took a couple visits, but everything's now fixed. A couple nitpicks: coffee was spilled in the cup holder and extra buffing compound was left on the car. Not major but something to look out for in the future.
