The car was completed a head of schedule so that was good. My only complete is that the automatic starter which was disabled continues to go off when the car is locked with the fob. This was mor occurring prior to the loss. When it goes off, it doesn't connect since it was disabled but it turns the lights and radio on we hich can drain the battery. I have reached out to Allie and State Farm who I work for has contacted me but I need this resolved soon so mot to drain the battery or cause more damage.

I was thrilled with the service I received today. I arrived just as the mechanics were leaving for lunch. My service rep asked one of them to hang back so that I could avoid a long wait. He was happy to do so and I was out of there in no time at all! Stellar customer service!

Interior of the car was covered in dust, my dome lights didn't work when I got it back and neither did my tag lights which I found the technician working on the vehicle didn't even put them back in all the way, he just layed them in the socket

Everything was great until I opened the door. There was an awful and very strong stenchg. Weird chemical type smell. Did they spray the dashboard/inside to clean? They really need to stop using or change it. The smell is horrendous. I wiped down dashboard and inside 2 times. Hope smell is better tmrw. Other than this, the service, repair, updates, etc. is 9 out of 10 stars ... excellent. With the odor, however, I bring it down to a 7.
