It took weeks but I was encouraged to bring in immediately. i was told it was a hold up with insurance company....I would think this could be worked out in advance. My son picked car up and called to say there was a loud falpping noise on the way home. I got home this Friday and the undercarriage plastic cover under passenger front door missing screw and falp hanging down.

Seriously, being a BMW service advisor dealing with classic in Atlanta, my experience with our home town Geico preferred body shop is a total nightmare, after 40 days in for a repair and frame replacemen, my 40k Escalade now drives like a 1975 pickup with a nasty vibration in the cabin, seats and steering wheel, brake pulsation , and at idle vibrations thru the entire truck. It is UNSAFE to drive at speed , and my wife's truck, me feeling unsafe in it I brought it back. Shop manager**** drove it , up to 100 mph? He said and his response was he doesn't notice anything unusual for a full size SUV. Lol! He actually called a goodyear shop to balance the 2 front tires, no go as they were busy. This truck was never test driven at highway speeds when I asked Jason when picking it up. To pile on, the exhaust tips was misaligned, AND the lift gate hit the bumper cover when opening, both were replaced in the repair. Dennis' response was to take it to MY repair shop for a diagnosis, well, it has been serviced at Carl black GMC since purchase and it is scheduled for Monday. I drive this regularly before the repair and drove afterwards , not even close to pre accident. I completely got a bunch of what ifs from**** from torque settings to differential placements. Our 750.00 a month payment on my wife's dream car is unsatisfactory and unsafe. Your shop is responsible for the repair and safe driveabilty of my Escalade. It's current status, and customer service from your shop manager , or lack there of has seriously jeopardized the relationship and trust of your company. As a senior advisor for BMW in Atlanta and policy administrator for business development and recommendation for our customers body shop needs, I am reconsidering and consulting parterning with another body shop company for future business referrals , understand your corporation has never let us down but after my personal experiences, going forward I will recommend a cease and desist with referrals from my, and our corporate customers from the dealerships I represent. It was left in my hands to get this truck satisfactory and safe. Your shop took it in and is responsible for the repair being satisfactory, and safe. It has been pawned off of me now being we did the frame replacement , your shop manager test driving it for the first time at speeds warranted for driving to engager at 100 mph and simply saying it could be a number of different things, wether Geico or classic is responsible for payment. That is not the point or issue, it is to get the vehicle repair right and safe to drive regardless of who's responsible.
Our Creed at BMW is customer satisfaction, safety and owner satisfaction. In my experience nothing was achieved, addressed, or effort put into the result , my Escalade being fixed, repaired , and a safe vehicle being delivered to me.

Overall I very satisfied. However at certain points I was informed of finish times and dates that were inaccurate. This made it more challenging with other plans and work schedule changes. I was told 4 different days and times when my car would be ready. When I finally got to the day to pick it up, the headlight looked like it had been broken either from when it was put in or it came from Nissan like that and no one saw it. Which is weird as it was clearly visible and it was the first thing I saw. So I had to wait yet another day.
I know things come up however I believe until it's more clear on when a car is going to be finished, it should be held off from giving a customer a date. Especially when that date changes 4 different times.
The guys were super nice, and I wasnt upset. But it cost me much more on my rental insurance than I had anticipated. If I had known a more precise pick up time I would've made adjustments to paying on the insurance for my rental.
But overall good work, friendly people. Thank you! And I will be getting my back bumper fixed in the future!

I have to return my car on Monday because there is something wrong with the driver rear tire. It is very shaky as if the tire will come off. The car rides terrible. Will return car on Monday. I spoke to Trey Cool who told me it was okay to drive it, the tire won’t come off and he have to contact Progressive. He did not follow up but I did and contacted the claim adjuster at Progressive. Hope to get all of this taken care of on Monday 4/****/2019. I will not be driving the car over the weekend for fear something might happen. Artricia H
