After my accident, I was not sure my 2500 Dodge Ram diesel truck would ever have the same appearance or would drive as well as when I bought It. After some research we contracted Advance Collision in Cleveland Tennessee for the repair. Advance Cleveland worked through a multitude of problems to restore my truck to as new. From the office staff to the repair technicians, their depth of knowledge and technical ability to identify, source parts, and replace not only the damaged parts but also ones that were not so obvious preventing proper alignment was outstanding. Advance worked seamlessly with my insurance company and made the process very easy. Although it took a little longer than anticipated, Advance called me regularly to provides updates on the progress. This was very much appreciated. Steve Ellis and his team went the extra mile to return the truck to me just in time so I could use it on a scheduled RV trip. I simply asked to look like it never happened. I know the age of my car and the scarcity of some parts. I fully expected at least a month if not too for the repairs to be complete on my vehicle. However during the entire time I was given updates twice a week, the level of communication was outstanding. The end result, my vehicle look like it never happened, I am very well satisfied.
