All went great with the repairs and I loved the text updates and friendly staff. The only thing I can comment negatively on (and it's a small thin was the dash and interior surfaces had white dust from the sanding, I'm assuming from the paint prep/where door was off. Maybe just make sure interior is wiped down before its picked up.But over all same great work as expected from Advance!

The repair looks perfect. You wouldn't know anything had been damaged at all. I will definitely be recommending your shop to anyone who needs repairs.

I greatly appreciate the professional manner with which I was treated and the kindness I was shown at Advanced Collision. I had been having some difficulty dealing with an insurance company in trying to get my vehicle repaired, and after I contacted Bill and the team at Advanced Collision, I didn’t have any more difficulty. I wish I would have contacted them a long time ago. I recommend contacting them if you have any auto body repair needs.

When I came to pick up my vehicle, there was a very noticeable scratch that should have been noticed by the auto body repair person. The part had to be removed and repainted which ended up delaying pickup for 5 additional days, which cost me $50 more dollars on my rental vehicle because GA Farm Bureau only pays $30 per day on. I needed a truck so I had opted to pay the $10 per day out of my own pocket so I could have a rental truck (like I normally drive), instead of a car. The shop was aware of this because I informed them. No one offered to reimburse me for the extra $50 I had to pay to Enterprise Rental due to the delay in repairing my vehicle (because the body shop repair team did not see a large scratch that should have been very visible to them). Also, one of the parts installed does not line up well on the vehicle, compared to the other undamaged side.
