You don’t need to contact me. I’ve already talked to someone at the shop. Our repairs were projected to take five days. They ended up taking 11. We were notified on day three or four that it would be 11 days rather than five. I asked to get the car back while we were waiting on other parts, but I was told that would not be possible. The communication was good, but the loss of the car for almost 2 weeks was difficult. The car belongs to 16-year-old drivers who are too young to obtain a rental car, so that was not an option. We made it work and the quality of the repair was good.
