My car is a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu, i initially brought it in for a accidentally damage quote. Originally “Phil” quoted a $800 ticket JUST on the back bumper, mind you there where just a couple dents, I looked up a no painted bumper on EBAY. It was no more than $100, anyway, I agreed to leave it with them so they could fix the bumper. They kept my car for a week before calling and “informing” me that they considered my car a “total loss” and it was going to “cost more to fix the bumper than my car is worth”, so they totaled my car. They also didn’t inform me they where going to COMPLETELY GO THROUGH MY CAR WITHOUT MY CONSENT! EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN MY TRUNK WAS SLOPPLY THROWN BACK IN! IM PISSED OFF! Phil was a total smartass **** the whole process. He was like this after they considered my car a “total loss”. I am very dissatisfied and this is a money hungry company!! So not only did they lie about being able to fix my car, they went through my belongings without my consent, lengthened the process of me actually getting my car fixed, and now added on an extra bill of finding a new car. So thank you for absolutely nothing! Y’all are a complete JOKE

The grill fell off while driving on the highway and the driver side fender has been rubbing against the tire because it wasn’t secured properly. The plastic under the bumper in front of the car that it connects to is completely missing.
