****.) there was NO communication. I was told 15 day turn around. I completely understand being understaffed. So I’m willing to be fair, however no one communicated with me during the entire process. I had to call, wait 2-3 days for a response and then get a generic, “oh sorry we are behind”. 2. 15 day turned into 30. Someone ordered wrong windshield, then there was a delay in getting it installed. Once again, no communication. But who who orders the wrong windshield?? Was told, you can pick it up Friday, then that turned into Tuesday then Friday again. 3. The base of the windshield does not look like it fits perfectly. It’s got the beveled edges so it’s not seamless. Not a big eyesore, but regardless less that perfect installation. Also missed buffing out a paint damage spot, that is noticeable, but too late to complain now. Only noticed once I got home. By that point I was beyond upset. Very frustrating experience. Will not use this company again.

looked great, I was also surprised that they saved my USMC valve stem cap and put it on the new tire. as far as I can tell they were very detailed. Unfortunately I have been working long hours and on third shift so I haven't really looked it over like I would have liked to.

We can't thank Tim and Rodney enough for making this experience as stress free as it possibly could be, and the people in the shop did an excellent job on the car it is good as new and everything was done in a timely manner. We will definitely recommend the Dalton shop to anyone who needs repairs. Thank you again!
