Several reasons as to why I'm highly disappointed with my service and repairs. One being within a couple days of my car being brought there, it was broken into, my wedding set was stolen along with several other items, however I wasnt even made aware of this situation till nearly a month later car was to be picked up, and I happen to notice things missing inside, once I went back inside and HAD TO ASKED then and only then was I informed. Once I was able to get a police report I then noticed that my car had never been included on the report. so I had to add it myself. Secondly the repairs weren't completed after first pick up had to return the car and I was dealing with a VERY sick mom 3 hours away having to go back and forth for a mess of a situation. Took the car back two days later picked up again. Weve had Covid so until a couple days ago I have not really been able to go anywhere, but car is still not fixed. Passenger door pops loudly now when opening and closing never did that before, fan makes a horrible loud shrieking noise when its started up never did that before either and oil light comes and goes on often. So that's pretty much it not happy.. NOT AT ALL

Great job on the repair but you got the show room color and shine taking away which don’t do the repair any good in making the beautiful car as it once had you guys need to give it back it’s beautiful shiny look is what turned heads not the damage it was still beautiful with the damage but now that damage is fixed the car gets no attention of the overall beauty it’s once had it just not the same beautiful looking car all around this car had a heaven build special look about it that no more and people have told me the color is not as beautiful the color was amazing that’s what made this Dodge Charger the best looking charger on the road so no I am so unhappy to me it don’t have that special hem build to it like it once did also I had people tell me that this charger has a hem builded body but it do not look the same no more this got more attention with damage then it do right now I’m not happy with how you guys changed the most beautiful car on the road is what I used to get everyday that I drive it to no attention at all now the beautiful shine and over all look is gone I am so unhappy
