Loved the one stop shop deal it very nice to be able to take a car or truck to one place to have all of it done, I can say that i will make sure i share your name with my friends in the further.. **** /Paige were very helpful an kept me update on all the work going on with my ride ...Now with that being the rental well i will just leave that be enough said..... I am a body shop manger so I can say this, I was kept up to date about the work being done on my truck. I thank you all that worked on it. The color match was very good a bit light but very good. The lines look good. Thanks

I had one issue with the paint color match but I think we got that squared away. I really liked the text messages with the status updates. It made me feel like I knew exactly where my car was in the process.

Look and color match were ok. Bolt cover was put on upside down and felt trunk liner was outside of trunk seal. License plate was was loosely attached on the right not screwed in at all on the left. Poor attention to detail and quality control. Disappointing work and no concern from management. Would not recommend to others.

Where do I being, when I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist . Ashley came out and said she was going to bring the car around. While in the place the lady with enterprise came in a had my bag and didn't ask me or tell me anything. I still had the keys. Ashley came back in and took me to my car , the car was not how l dropped it off. I asked what happen she said they wouldn't pay for that. The entire staff was in a hurry and busy to sit down and talk to you. I had to ask for my receipt . Very disappointed and angry. I have left a message on her phone, she does not return the calls in a timely manner. If they could not fix the bumper they should have notified me. Now have the bumper is sticking out and not together. I need a number to Corp. office.8

Explained what needed to be done and why, in a way I could understand. I felt like their recommendations were honest, not trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. From beginning to end, I felt like my business was appreciated. And they vacuumed my car!

In past collision repair experiences at other repair shops, I have been impressed at how I could not see any sign that the car was ever damaged or repaired. I had the same expectations for this repair. In all areas of this repair, which there were several, it is obvious that the car was damaged and repairs were made. I would not say that these repairs are complete. The bumpers do not meet the body panels correctly. The front bumper was torn away from the bolts that attached it in the accident. It too, was reattached in a way that makes it obvious that it was once torn away. There is overspray in several areas. The driver's side headlight does not line up correctly with the body panels and appears to be pushed in. The driver side of the front bumper sits lower than the passenger side of the front bumper. Generally it is just a poor fit. There film of dried paint dust or wax covering all the newly painted exterior areas. There is dried paint dust throughout the interior, dash, and other areas of the car. It is obvious that the dent in the rear left fender was repaired. Signs of the dent are still evident. It is especially obvious if you run your hand across it.
