The only problem was that Danlar required me to come down to the yard to transfer the vehicle from towing to collision, which I thought was not necessary and difficult to do during the day. I also received a somewhat harsh letter stating that the car would become Danlar property if I didn't attend to the car within a certain amount of time. I received this letter the day after the insurance inspection was completed. Other than that, it was a good experience. I love the text messages.

Had a little scuff marks still on left rear wheel well area, but they took care of right away. Vehicle was completed before anticipated completion day. Thank you for making a terrible situation into a pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. Will recommend to anyone.

The body work and the paint job look really good. If I didn't know otherwise, I would not know that the RAV4 had ever been in a collision. And you cleaned up the rest of the car really nice. (It was kind of grungy when I brought it in.) Tim answered all my questions about what kind of paint Danlar used, and from what little I know, it seems to me to be first rate. I also appreciated the regular email updates.

First of all I would like to mention that Gary was amazing! He was accommodating and very efficient. On the other hand, every time I called, Michelle was rude and did not seem like she wanted to be there. It seemed as if mine and my father's calls were a burden. Also, the manager Jason was absolutely horrible. He had the nerve to say that "you and your dad don't communicate because I talked to you both", gave me excuse after excuse, and made the experience difficult. It was very disheartening because he wa the manager, therefore I felt I had no one else to talk to about these problems. I was forces to call my insurance agent mike because danlar came so highly recommended. For future reference I will never take any vehicle back to danlar collision nor will I recommend it to friends or family, not because of the work done, but because of the people,excluding Gary.

I was very pleased with the repairs to the damage on my truck and the extra detail given upon delivery to me. Your estimater, Gary, was very friendly and informative as to the process and the time required to complete the repairs adequetly. I expected a professional job from Danlar, and did in fact receive that.
