The receptionist was rude, they charged me for a repair that, they initially damaged, and didn’t fix it the first time. They made me feel like it was my fault. If I had to do it all over I would have never gone there! The only reason I went there was because my insurance company told me to go there. Never again

Took a month to fix problem. Multiple issues with pick up that resulted in loss of work. Did not fix the scraping sound/issue with tire originally which added an additional delay. Let the battery to the car die multiple times and now it needs to be replaced. This was brought to the attention of the manager with no accountability also included in my first review requested from acc.

You guys lost the key to my car and gave me someone elses key which I didn't discover until I got home. When I came back and returned the wrong key, ACC could not find my key. I'm currently using my spare key and your representative is promsing to pay for a replacement key but this is obviously requires me to go to the vendor, get a key made and return to ACC for a refund.
